Impressions from Erlangen

In the beginning of June we had the pleasure to be invited to present "the last match" at the biggest German comics festival: the Comic-Salon Erlangen. The exhibition had at the time 205 contributions of artists from 42 countries. Because our wall was a bit to small, we just decided to turn the exhibition around 90 degrees, which lead to another interesting presentation of these miniature works.

Not "only" the nice uprising French artists Kerascoët visited the exhibition, but...

... also the 3D-creature from Avatar has never seen anything so beautiful.

And as usual the match from Olislaeger had to be burnt.

We also had the opportunity to sell š! and despite the kitsh price tags, our newest issue was sold out already on the second day.

Juanita has finished her contribution to our exhibition a long time ago and Markus Huber used the time to finish his work while we were waiting for Schweineschulter und Sauerkraut.

Looking out from our artsy second floor to the crowd of comics freaks below, for one moment we thought Yoshi also came to visit the comics festival. But she wasn't....

Anyway we enjoyed a great time at this huge Festival and want to thank especially Michael Jordan, Bodo Birk and Herr Hindelang for making it possible.
